Booking & Availability

  • Peak wedding dates book out early, especially Fridays and Saturdays during wedding season. We recommend enquiring as soon as you have a date in mind to avoid missing out.

  • Simply head to our Check Availability page and send through your date and details. We’ll confirm availability and next steps shortly.

  • No. Your date is only secured once a deposit (20%) is paid and the booking is confirmed. Until then, availability can change.

  • Yes, we can. Fonoti Band is made up of a large, trusted team of professional musicians who all share the same fun, upbeat energy and attention to detail. This allows us to perform at multiple weddings on the same day while maintaining the same high standard across every event.

    Each booking is carefully planned, and the line-up for your wedding is chosen to suit your vibe, from romantic ceremony moments through to high-energy dancefloors.

Music & Setlists

  • Yes. You’re welcome to request key songs such as your aisle song, first dance, and must-plays. From there, we read the room and tailor the setlist to suit your crowd.

  • No problem. Our set list is just a sample of our repertoire. If there’s a song you love, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

  • Yes. We’re happy to take requests where appropriate and always prioritise keeping the dancefloor full and the energy flowing.

  • Once your booked in, we’ll send you a form to get all the details, one of the questions is “MUST NOT HEAR songs”. And we’ll be sure not to play or perform them.

Band Line-Ups & Add-Ons

  • We offer a range of line-ups including solo, duo, trio, and full band options. We’ll help you choose the best fit based on your venue, guest count, and the vibe you’re after.

  • Yes. Many of our packages include live band performance combined with professional DJing for seamless transitions throughout the night.

  • Absolutely. Live sax and female vocalists can be added to certain packages to elevate the energy and ensure all crowd favourites are covered.

Equipment, Setup & Logistics

  • Yes. We provide professional sound equipment, microphones, and party lighting for weddings and events of up to 300 guests.

    For larger events, we’re happy to work alongside a dedicated sound production team to ensure the best possible audio experience for your venue and guest count. We can coordinate with your chosen supplier or recommend trusted production partners if needed.

  • Space requirements depend on the band size and setup. We’ll confirm all technical details with you and your venue well before the day.

  • Setup times vary depending on the package, but we always arrive with plenty of time to ensure everything is ready and stress-free.

    Rough idea for set up durations:

    Solo takes 20-30mins

    Trio takes 30-40mins

    5-piece band takes 40-60mins

Payments & Planning

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week of the event date. Full details are provided at the time of booking.

  • Weddings evolve, and we understand that. We’re flexible where possible and will confirm final timings closer to your date.

    In the event of exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, death, or natural disaster, we handle things with care and fairness. Where possible, we’re also happy to discuss date changes, subject to availability.
